  1. 1.You can access features your admin has assigned to you
  2. 2.Common access: Expenses, Complaints, Announcements, Billing, Polls
  3. 3.You can help review complaints and assign them to staff
  4. 4.You can create announcements for residents
  5. 5.Your role ensures checks and balances in society management

💡 Tip: Ask your society admin to enable the features you need. Committee members can be given access to specific modules.

Step 3

Create Announcements

Post important announcements for residents — meeting notices, event updates, policy changes, and general circulars.

  1. 1.Go to Announcements → New Announcement
  2. 2.Enter a clear title for your announcement

🗳️
Step 4

Help with Polls

Create and manage polls for community decisions. Polls ensure transparent voting on society matters.

  1. 1.Go to Polls → New Poll
  2. 2.Enter the question (e.g., "Should we repaint the building?")
  3. 3.Add at least 2 options for residents to choose from
  4. 4.Share the poll — residents vote from their dashboard
  5. 5.Close the poll when voting is complete to see final results

💡 Tip: Use polls for decisions that need community approval — maintenance hikes, event planning, vendor selection.

📒
Step 5

Review Expenses

Help the secretary track and verify society expenses. Ensure all expenses are justified and documented.

  1. 1.Go to Expenses from your dashboard
  2. 2.View all recorded expenses with amounts and dates
  3. 3.Check expense categories: Maintenance, Utilities, Security, etc.
  4. 4.Verify expenses against receipts shared by the admin
  5. 5.Flag any unusual expenses for discussion at meetings

💡 Tip: Regular expense reviews protect the society during audits and build resident trust.

Access Finance Reports

View financial summaries showing income, expenses, and balance. Stay informed about the society's financial health.

  1. 1.Go to Finances from your dashboard
  2. 2.View total collected, pending, and overdue amounts
  3. 3.See income vs expenses for any period
  4. 4.Check carry forward balances from previous months
