Complete tutorial for apartment residents and flat owners. Learn to pay maintenance bills online, view payment history, raise complaints, and access society services.

Step 1

Login to Your Account

Access MyApartmentApp from your phone or computer. Your society admin will provide your login credentials.

  1. 1.Open your browser and go to myapartmentapp.in
  2. 2.Or install the MyApartmentApp from Google Play Store
  3. 3.Enter your phone number and password (provided by your society admin)
  4. 4.Default password is Welcome@123 — change it after first login
  5. 5.You'll see your dashboard with bills, complaints, and announcements

💡 Tip: Bookmark myapartmentapp.in for quick access. The app works on any device — phone, tablet, or computer.

Step 2

View Your Maintenance Bills

Check your monthly maintenance bills, due dates, and outstanding amounts. All bills are stored digitally — no paper needed.

  1. 1.Go to Bills from your dashboard
  2. 2.See all your bills with amounts, due dates, and status
  3. 3.Status shows: Pending, Awaiting Verification, Paid, or Overdue
  4. 4.Check which months are paid and which are pending
  5. 5.View bill details including any manual charges or notes

💡 Tip: Bills are generated on the 1st of every month. You'll receive a notification when a new bill is available.

Step 3

Pay Maintenance via UPI

Pay your maintenance bills instantly using UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or any UPI app.

  1. 1.Go to Bills → Select an unpaid bill → Click "Pay Now"
  2. 2.Choose UPI as your payment mode
  3. 3.Scan the QR code shown on screen with your UPI app, or
  4. 4.Enter the UPI ID displayed and pay from your UPI app
  5. 5.Upload the payment screenshot as proof of payment
  6. 6.Click Submit — your payment goes to verification

💡 Tip: After submitting, your bill status changes to "Awaiting Verification". The admin will verify and mark it as Paid.

Step 4

View Payment History

Track all your past payments with dates and amounts. Your bills page shows complete history.

  1. 1.Go to Bills from your dashboard
  2. 2.Scroll through all your bills — paid and pending
  3. 3.Paid bills show a green "Paid" status badge
  4. 4.Use pagination to view older bills
  5. 5.Your payment records are always available for reference

💡 Tip: Your payment history is always available. It's useful during resale or when you need to prove payment.

Step 5

Raise a Complaint

Report issues — plumbing, electrical, security, cleanliness — directly to your society management. Track resolution in real-time.

  1. 1.Go to Complaints → New Complaint
  2. 2.Enter a title for your complaint
  3. 3.Add a description with details about the issue
  4. 4.Click Submit — the complaint is created
  5. 5.Track status: Open → In Progress → Resolved

💡 Tip: Be specific in your complaint title (e.g., "Water leakage in bathroom") for faster resolution.

View Announcements

Stay updated with society announcements, event notices, and important circulars — all in one place.

  1. 1.Go to Announcements from your dashboard
  2. 2.See all society announcements in chronological order
  3. 3.Each announcement shows title, message, and date
  4. 4.Announcements are posted by your society admin or committee members
  5. 5.Check this page regularly for important updates

💡 Tip: Enable push notifications to get instant alerts for new announcements and bill generation.

Step 7

Participate in Polls

Vote on society decisions — maintenance proposals, event planning, facility usage. Your voice matters.

  1. 1.Go to Polls from your dashboard
  2. 2.See active polls created by your society admin
  3. 3.Click on an option to cast your vote
  4. 4.After voting, see live results with percentage bars
  5. 5.You can vote once per poll — changes are not allowed

💡 Tip: Polls are a transparent way to make community decisions. Every resident gets one vote.

Step 8

Browse Marketplace Services

Find trusted local services — electricians, plumbers, painters, cleaners — vetted by your society. Contact them directly.

  1. 1.Go to Marketplace from your dashboard
  2. 2.Browse services by category (Plumbing, Electrical, etc.)
  3. 3.Read provider descriptions and ratings
  4. 4.Contact providers via Call or WhatsApp directly
  5. 5.Rate services after completion to help other residents

💡 Tip: Only service providers approved by your society appear in the marketplace. This ensures quality and trust.
