How do I log in as a Society Admin?
Use society code DEMO001, phone 9000000001, and password Demo@123.
How do I log in as a Committee Member?
Use society code DEMO001, phone 9000000002, and password Demo@123.
How do I log in as a Resident?
Use society code DEMO001, phone 9000000003, and password Demo@123.
How do I log in as a Super Admin?
Use society code superadmin786, phone 8008567474, and password Admin@123.
How do I register my own society?
Click "Register Society" on the homepage, fill in your society details, and submit. The super admin will approve your registration within 24 hours.
How do I add residents?
Log in as Society Admin, go to the Residents page, and click "Add Resident". Fill in their details — the default password is Welcome@123.
How does billing work?
As Society Admin, go to Billing → Generate Bills. Monthly bills are created automatically. Residents can view and pay online via Razorpay.
How do I raise a complaint?
Log in as a Resident, go to Complaints, and click "Raise Complaint". The Society Admin will see it and update the status.
What is the marketplace?
The marketplace allows residents to find local service providers (plumbers, electricians, etc.) and for providers to register their services.
Can I use MyApartmentApp for free?
Yes! The Free plan supports up to 15 units at no cost. Premium plans are available for larger societies.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password". Enter your phone number to receive an OTP via email, then set a new password.
